Seeing this error message?

"The lead you are attempting to sync is already assigned to another agent in BoomTown. If you would like this contact to sync, you will either need to adjust your BoomTown lead settings to give your BoomTown account access to all team leads or delete the contact in the other agent’s BoomTown".
