The Sync all contacts on first run setting will transfer all leads from your CINC account to the target application, while respecting any filters that have been applied in the workflow. If you do not select this setting only new leads entered into CINC will transfer over.

Filters

Filters can be utilized to only allow specific Leads to flow from CINC to a target application.

Setting up a Filter

  1. Press the box that says "No Filter".
  2. Select the field that you would like to use as the criteria for the sync.
  3. Choose your logic statement in the middle box.
  4. Choose your value that completes the statement and acts as the "key" that allows a Lead to pass through.

In the example below, only Leads with a status of "pending" will sync through.

Add Filter vs. Add Rule

Additional Filters can be added by pressing "Advanced mode" and then selecting either "Add filter" or "Add rule".

Add Filter will create an AND filter, meaning the data must match all of the criteria set in your filters. In the example below, contacts that have an email and whose status is not "Past Client" will move over.

Add Rule will create a OR filter, meaning the data must match at least one of the criteria set in your filters. In the example below, only contacts whose status are either "Contacted" or "Active Client" will move over.
