Overview

By setting up an integration for Homestack, you will gain the ability to sync Users in Homestack to/from other Contact Management software! API Nation provides an assortment of Workflows so that you can sync Users either bidrectionally or unidirectionally.

If syncing FROM Homestack: Whenever a User in Homestack is created or updated, our system will sync this update into any connected applications.

If syncing TO Homestack: Whenever the connected Application notifies our system that a Contact was Created or Updated, our system will sync that new Contact or update into a matching User in Homestack. We will check for duplicates based on their email; if a Duplicate is found, we will update that duplicate (if permitted) instead of creating a new User.

 

Note: This is a Broker-level integration; you must have a Broker-level account in Homestack to use this integration. 

 

 

What Information is Synced FROM Users in Homestack?

The following information in Homestack is available for syncing to other Contact Management Systems. Users in Homestack are identified via their email.

  1. Full Name
  2. First Name
  3. Last Name
  4. Email
  5. Phone
  6. Tags
  7. Agent Email
  8. Agent Full Name
  9. Agent Notes: Note that as of August2024, this field does not yet sync.
  10. Saved Search: Name
  11. Saved Search: Min Price
  12. Saved Search: Max Price
  13. Saved Search: Min Bathrooms
  14. Saved Search: Min Bedrooms
  15. Saved Search: Min Square Footage
  16. Saved Search: Max Square Footage
  17. Saved Search: Min Year Built
  18. Saved Search: Max Year Built
  19. Saved Search: Property Type 
  20. Saved Search: Center City
  21. Saved Search: Center Zip

What Information is Synced TO Users in Homestack?

The following information in Homestack can be populated with fields from other Contact Management Systems. Users in Homestack are identified via their email.

  7. Phone

What do I need to get started / How do I connect the Apps?

If you are interested in using this integration, please prepare the following steps:

 

  1. Create or Log into your API Nation Account
  2. Connect Homestack to your Account
    1. You can retrieve your API Key by clicking on the Homestack Dashboard link and pressing the "Copy API Key" button.
    2. Fill in any desired name for the connection in the "Input Label" box. An example would be the name of your Brokerage.
  3. Navigate to the Integrations page on the Homestack page and choose which App you would like to connect!.
