Summary

Users in Homestack and People in Moxiworks can be synced using this integration. Please see below for a list of configurable settings on each integration, varying depending on whether you are syncing To or From Homestack.

 

Homestack Users to Moxiworks People

Overview

When setting up a Homestack Users > Moxiworks People sync, several options can be configured on the settings page.

 

 

 

Advanced Filter

Your sync can be customized to only let some Leads through.

1. For example, a possible filter, shown below, reads as such “Only sync Homestack Users whose Tags do not contain 'PENDING'.”
2. On the left is the field that will act as the “reference field” for the Filter. 
3. The center box is the logic operator - the Workflow will use this as the “rule” for what is allowed through. This is a dropdown menu with predesignated options for you.
4. The right box is the specified value. Any string can be entered here.

 

 

Pre-Mapped Fields

For ease of use, several fields have been pre-mapped. Please see below of a list of these fields and an explanation of the pre-mapped values. It is recommended to leave these as is unless there is a specific need to adjust them.

 

• Primary Email
• First Name
• Last Name
• Agent's Name
• Primary Phone Number

Moxiworks Contacts to Homestack Users

Overview

When setting up a Moxiworks > Homestack sync, several options can be configured on the settings page.

 

 

 

Do Not Overwrite

 

If this option is checked, the sync will only send information into blank fields in Homestack when Updating Users.

 

Advanced Filter

Your sync can be customized to only let some Leads through.

1. For example, a possible filter, shown below, reads as such “Only sync Moxi Contacts whose Label Name is 'Sync'.”
2. On the left is the field that will act as the “reference field” for the Filter. 
3. The center box is the logic operator - the Workflow will use this as the “rule” for what is allowed through. This is a dropdown menu with predesignated options for you.
4. The right box is the specified value. Any string can be entered here.
