Summary

Users in Homestack and Leads in Sierra Interactive can be synced using this integration. Please see below for a list of configurable settings on each integration, varying depending on whether you are syncing To or From Homestack.

Homestack Users to Sierra Interactive Leads

Overview

When setting up a Homestack Users > Sierra Interactive Leads sync, several options can be configured on the settings page.

Sierra Interactive Settings

  • Do not overwrite...: If this option is checked, the sync will only send information into blank fields in Sierra Interactive when Updating Contacts.

Advanced Filter

Your sync can be customized to only let some Leads through.

  1. For example, a possible filter, shown below, reads as such “Only sync Homestack Users whose Tags do not contain 'PENDING'.”
  2. On the left is the field that will act as the “reference field” for the Filter.
  3. The center box is the logic operator - the Workflow will use this as the “rule” for what is allowed through. This is a dropdown menu with predesignated options for you.
  4. The right box is the specified value. Any string can be entered here.

Pre-Mapped Fields

For ease of use, several fields have been pre-mapped. Please see below of a list of these fields and an explanation of any notable pre-mapped values. It is recommended to leave these as is unless there is a specific need to adjust them.

  • Lead
    • Email
    • Password: This field is the user's login password to their Sierra Interactive Site account.
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Phone

Sierra Interactive Leads to Homestack Users

Overview

When setting up a Sierra Interactive > Homestack sync, several options can be configured on the settings page.

Sierra Interactive Settings

  • Sync system notes: This will allow Sierra to sync Notes created within the system, not users, such as when updates happen to Contact fields. Please note that these will not sync if Notes themselves do not sync. By default, on Homestack syncs, as of August 2024, Notes do not sync, and this option currently has no effect.
  • Resync all contacts: Pressing this button will sync all Leads in your Sierra Interactive Account over to Homestack.

Do Not Overwrite

If this option is checked, the sync will only send information into blank fields in Homestack when Updating Users.
