Overview

By setting up an integration for Wise Agent, you will gain the ability to sync Contacts in Wise Agent to/from other Contact Management software! API Nation provides an assortment of Workflows so that you can sync Users either bidrectionally or unidirectionally.

 

If syncing FROM Wise Agent: Whenever a Contact in Wise Agent is created or updated, our system will sync this update into any connected applications.

If syncing TO Wise Agent: Whenever the connected Application notifies our system that a Contact was Created or Updated, our system will sync that new Contact or update into a matching Contact in Wise Agent. We will check for duplicates based on their email, mobile phone, and name (in that order); if a Duplicate is found, we will update that duplicate (if permitted) instead of creating a new Contact.

 

Note: This sync is performed at the Agent level in Wise Agent and synced data is specific to the connected Wise Agent account.

 

 

What Information is Synced FROM Contacts in Wise Agent?

The following information in Wise Agent is available for syncing to other Contact Management Systems. Contacts in Wise Agent are identified via their email, phone, and name (in that order).

What do I need to get started / How do I connect the Apps?

If you are interested in using this integration, please prepare the following steps:

 

  1. Create or Log into your API Nation Account
  2. Connect Wise Agent to your Account
    1. Pressing "Add Account" will redirect you to sign into Wise Agent.
  3. Navigate to the Integrations page on the Wise Agent page and choose which App you would like to connect!.
