Overview

By setting up an integration for Homeowner.ai, you will gain the ability to sync Contacts from other Contact Management software into Homeowner.ai!

Functionality: Whenever the connected Application notifies our system of Contact Creation or Update, our system will sync (or update) that Contact record into a Contact in Homeowner.ai.

Note: This is an Agent-level integration in relation to Homeowner.ai. Agents are able to set up their connection in API Nation without needing their Broker. However, please note that some source Applications feeding data to Homeowner.ai require a Broker-level connection.

What Information is Synced on Contacts?

Homeowner.ai Contacts have the following fields that can receive input data from other Applications. Fields with a "*" are required in Homeowner.ai to create/update a Contact.

6. Description
7. Birthdate
8. Qualification Status: Valid inputs are notStarted, pendingQualification, qualified, qualifiedClosed, qualifiedNonLead
9. Addresses
   1. Country

   3. Full Address: Recommended to use City, State, Street, and Postal Code fields separately, instead.
   4. State
   5. Street
   6. Street Number: Recommended to leave this blank during mapping.
   7. Postal Code
10. Emails
    1. Email
11. Phones
    1. Mobile Phone
    2. Work Phone
    3. Home Phone
    4. Other Phone

What do I need to get started / How do I connect the Apps?

If you are interested in using this integration, please prepare the following steps:

1. Create or Log into your API Nation Account
2. Contact Homeowner.ai to receive your Connection information (API Key and UUID).
   1. Enter this information on your Homeowner.ai connections page via the "Add Account" button.
   2. "Label" can be filled with any identifying name.
   3. 
3. Navigate to the Integrations page on the Homeowner.ai page and choose which App you would like to connect!.

Q: My connection setup tells me that "This API key does not belong to any homeowner.ai account. Please make sure it's typed correctly."
