Listings-To-Leads and Brivity Sync via API Nation

The Listings-To-Leads and Brivity integration will synchronize your Contacts from Listings-To-Leads to your account in Brivity.

  • All of your Listings-To-Leads Contacts are automatically added to Brivity. No more importing / exporting to update your list.

  • Sync is always on, so Leads are added to Brivity as soon as they arrive in Listings-To-Leads

  • Keep Brivity contacts info in lock step with your Listings-To-Leads Contacts info.

Checkout the video above to see it in action.

If you'd prefer to read through a guide, here's a step-by-step:

Head to https://my.apination.com/apps/listings_to_leads/brivity/ to get started.

There you will see a sync available for Listings-To-Leads and Brivity

You can set up this Sync as many times as you want with different configurations, it is always the same flat rate. Click activate to begin set up.

After clicking Activate on the Sync

Step one is to connect your Listings-To-Leads account. Click the “Connect Listings-To-Leads” Button

Sign into your Listings-to-Leads account with your username and password

Great, you’ve now connected Listings-To-Leads.

Step two is to connect Brivity. Click the “Connect Brivity account” button

To connect Brivity enter your…

Username: Your Brivity login email

Password: Your Brivity password

Name: What you would like to name the connection, can be your name, your business name, the office name etc.

Both apps are now connected. You can now begin configuring your Sync for launch. There are a few options to decide before activating the Sync.

  1. Contact Type: Choose if you want to send over Buyer contacts, Seller Contacts, or All Contacts

  2. “Sync all Leads on first run”: Check the box to send over all contacts from Listings-To-Leads, leave the box unchecked if you’d only like to start sending over new contacts added from today going forward.

  3. Status: Choose what status the contacts getting Synced into Brivity will be categorized as. “New”, “Hot”, Etc

  4. Type: Choose if the contacts will be categorized as “Lead” or “Collaborator” in Brivity

  5. Filter Tags: Optional filter to add a tag to each contact Synced from Listings-To-Leads into Brivity

  6. Agent Filter: Choose which agent in Brivity the contact should be assigned to.

Scroll down and confirm the mapping.

If there are any additional fields you would like to connect, click the “Plus” icon on the right of the empty field, and select the field from the drop down.

You can add multiple fields into a single Brivity field (e.g. *First Name* *Last Name* into the *Full Name* Brivity field).

You can also add plain text to a field (e.g. add the Text “L2L” in a field called Lead Source, so mark all the leads coming through as from the source “L2L”)

Once you’re satisfied with the options, Scroll to the top and click the big Activate Sync button.

The Sync will now be activated. From here you can…

  1. Rename the Sync (helpful if you created multiple Syncs with slightly different rules.

  2. Pause the Sync

  3. Clone the Sync to create a Sync with the exact same connection and configuration, you can then make the slight configuration changes to fit your needs

  4. Click the Listings-To-Leads logo or Brivity logo to be taken to their full menu of Syncs available.

Once you’ve connected them, they will all be available for management in the “My Syncs” area of API Nation.

That’s it!

As soon as a contact is updated or added in Listings-To-Leads, the integration will see it and send it over to your Brivity.

You can now use these two awesome tools as one, you’ll never have to import or export and you’ll save time managing contacts.
