Do you see this error message:
"The lead you are attempting to sync is already assigned to another agent in Chime. If you would like this contact to sync, you will either need to adjust your Chime lead settings to give your Chime account access to all team leads or delete the contact in the other agent’s Chime".
Follow these steps to fix the your Chime integration.
- Head to your Chime Agent Permissions settings.
- Toggle Access All Team Leads to any agents whose contacts you would like to sync.
From here your contacts should sync successfully.
