Lofty Leads Not Syncing

Do you see this error message:

"The lead you are attempting to sync is already assigned to another agent in Lofty. If you would like this contact to sync, you will either need to adjust your Lofty lead settings to give your Lofty account access to all team leads or delete the contact in the other agent’s Lofty".

Follow these steps to fix the your Lofty integration.

  1. Head to your Lofty Agent Permissions settings.
     
  2. Toggle Access All Team Leads to any agents whose contacts you would like to sync.

 

From here your contacts should sync successfully.
