Workflow Creation

1. Navigate to KW Marketplace. A link can be found on your KW Command Console as shown below.

2. Ensure that you are signed into your KW Rainmaker account. This integration will only work on Rainmaker Accounts.

3. Click on the Search Box and search "Sierra." Click on the "Sierra Interactive Systems" tile that pops up.

4. Select "Start a Free Trial" and proceed through the KW Marketplace Checkout screen until the purchase is complete.

5. Navigate to "My Apps" at the top of the screen. Locate the "Sierra Interactive Sync for Rainmaker / Teams to KW Command" tile and click on it.

6. This tile redirects you to API Nation.

  • NOTE: If this screen does not immediately appear, it can be reached by clicking on this link.

7. Connect Sierra Interactive, if not already done. To do this, press "Connections" and then "Add Account" under "Sierra Interactive." This brings up a pop-up window that requests an API Key from Sierra Interactive and then a name of your choice for this connection. When both are filled out, hit "Connect".

  • To locate your Sierra Interactive API Key, log into your Sierra Interactive Account. Go to your Settings and select "Integrations". Find the tile that says "API Nation" and copy the API Key on that screen.

8. Navigate back to the "Integrations" tab in API Nation. Check both boxes on "KW Command contacts to Sierra Interactive leads" and "Sierra Interactive leads to KW Command contacts", and then click "Continue to setup".

9. Press "Select" on your desired Connection. On the next page, repeat this process for KW Command as well.

10. Select "Confirm" to complete pre-setup.

11. Once completed, please proceed to Workflow Configuration. They can be found via the "My Syncs" tab at the top of your Account. See next steps below.
