Summary

Referrals in PrimeStreet and Leads in Lofty can be synced using this integration. Please see below for a list of configurable settings on each integration, varying depending on whether you are syncing To or From PrimeStreet.

PrimeStreet Referrals to Lofty Leads

Overview

When setting up a PrimeStreet > Lofty Leads sync, several options can be configured on the settings page.

Lofty Settings

  • Do not overwrite...: If this option is checked, the sync will only send information into blank fields in Lofty when Updating Contacts.
  • Make new lead Private?: If this option is checked, the sync will only allow the connected Account to view created Leads.
  • Send new lead Alert Email: If this option is checked, the sync will let Lofty know that it should send out an alert email when a Lead is created inside of Lofty.
  • Send new Leads Welcome Email?: If this option is checked, the sync will let Lofty know that it should send out an welcome email when a Lead is created inside of Lofty.
  • Assign new lead to selected Agent: If an option is selected here, newly created Leads will be assigned to the selected Agent by default.

Advanced Filter

Your sync can be customized to only let some Leads through.

  1. For example, a possible filter, shown below, reads as such “Only sync PrimeStreet Referrals whose Stage is not 'REMOVED'.”
  2. On the left is the field that will act as the “reference field” for the Filter.
  3. The center box is the logic operator - the Workflow will use this as the “rule” for what is allowed through. This is a dropdown menu with predesignated options for you.
  4. The right box is the specified value. Any string can be entered here.

Pre-Mapped Fields

For ease of use, several fields have been pre-mapped. Please see below of a list of these fields and an explanation of the pre-mapped values. It is recommended to leave these as is unless there is a specific need to adjust them.

  • Email: As Lofty accepts one primary Email field but PrimeStreet can feed in several possible options, the integration has pre-mapped a priority order for ease of use. They can be reordered easily by clicking and dragging. Additional choices and priorities can, of course, be added by pressing the (+) and selecting the desired field(s).

  • Phone: As Lofty accepts one primary Phone field but PrimeStreet can feed in several possible options, the integration has pre-mapped a priority order for ease of use. They can be reordered easily by clicking and dragging. Additional choices and priorities can, of course, be added by pressing the (+) and selecting the desired field(s).

  • Lead Type: Lofty has specific Lead Types that it accepts - these are denoted via a numeric ID. The Workflow has pre-set various PrimeStreet Lead Types to the closest equivalent Lofty Lead Type. This list can be edited, shrunken, or expanded as desired.
    • Common Lofty Lead Types and their corresponding ID's, frequently defaults inside of most Lofty accounts, are listed below.
      • Other (-1)
      • Seller (1)
      • Buyer (2)
      • Renter (5)
      • Investor (6)
      • Agent (7)
      • Homeowner (8)
      • Landlord (9)
