Locate and identify synced files after syncing Dotloop and Google Suite Backup

Locate your file folder after syncing Dotloop to Google Suite Backup 

 

Can't find your information in your Google account ? 

 

You will need access to the Google account connected with API Nation in order to proceed and locate the files.

 

After completing the onboarding process you can go to google's main page (you need to be logged into the correct account to access files). 

 

The folder name can be changed when setting up the sync however, most agents use the folder default name 'dotloop via apination'. 

 

 

Locating folder in Google Drive

Once you are logged into google you can click on the button on the upper far right corner of the screen. Click the Google Drive icon

 

You will see the default folder name 'dotloop via apination' 

 

 

Locating files in Google Spreadsheets

 

You will be able to use the same button on the upper far right corner of the screen. Click the Google Spreadsheet icon.

 

The files named 'dotloop people, dotloop loops, and dotloop participants' will be located in this area.

 

 

 

Now that you have found your files, it is time to connect your Dotloop to Google Contacts !
