When refunds are granted


API Nation grants refunds in the following situations:

 

  • If you were just charged for this month's service but meant to cancel, we will refund that charge.

  • If you forgot to cancel your monthly API Nation plan and haven't had any usage of service, we will give you a full refund for the last two months in which you had no API Nation usage.

  • If you have purchased an annual plan and decided to cancel within 30 days of the purchase, we will offer you a full refund. If you have used API Nation service within those 30 days, we will convert the purchase to Monthly service and offer a prorated refund.

 

To request a refund, please contact API Nation Support.

 


When refunds are not granted


API Nation does not grant refunds in the following situations:

  • If you purchased an annual plan more than 30 days ago.
  • If you used any API Nation service during the period for which you are requesting a refund.

 

Please note that these are the only situations we will grant refunds.
