When refunds are granted
API Nation grants refunds in the following situations:

If you were just charged for this month's service but meant to cancel, we will refund that charge.

If you forgot to cancel your monthly API Nation plan and haven't had any usage of service, we will give you a full refund for the last two months in which you had no API Nation usage.

If you have purchased an annual plan and decided to cancel within 30 days of the purchase, we will offer you a full refund. If you have used API Nation service within those 30 days, we will convert the purchase to Monthly service and offer a prorated refund.
To request a refund, please contact API Nation Support.
When refunds are not granted
API Nation does not grant refunds in the following situations:
- If you purchased an annual plan more than 30 days ago.
- If you used any API Nation service during the period for which you are requesting a refund.
- If you use our services and reach your monthly record limit based on your subscription plan.
Please note that these are the only situations we will grant refunds.
