Overview

By setting up an integration for Primestreet, you will gain the ability to sync Referrals and Notes in Primestreet to/from other Contact Management software! API Nation provides an assortment of Workflows so that you can sync Referrals and/or Notes either bidrectionally or unidirectionally.

If syncing FROM Primestreet: Whenever a Referral or Note in Primestreet is created or updated, our system will sync this update into any connected applications.

If syncing TO Primestreet: Whenever the connected Application notifies our system of an update to a Referral/Note that originated in PrimeStreet, our system will sync that update into a matching Referral/Note in Primestreet.

 

Note: This is a Broker-level integration as it is capable of assigning and unassigning Referrals from Agents in Primestreet. If you wish to use the Primestreet integration, please be sure that the Primestreet account you connect is a Broker-level account.

 

 

What Information is Synced on Referrals?

 

The following information in Primestreet is available for syncing. Referrals are identified via their Phone Number - when syncing TO Primestreet, one of the Phone Numbers must have a field mapped to it.

  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Stage
  4. Type
  5. Mobile Phone
  6. Work Phone
  7. Home Phone
  8. Other Phone
  9. Fax Phone
  10. Spouse Phone
  11. Personal Email
  12. Work Email
  13. Other Email
  14. Agent First Name
  15. Agent Last Name
  16. Agent Display Name
  17. Agent Email Address
  18. Agent Phone Number

 

 

What Information is Synced on Notes?

 

When syncing TO Primestreet Notes, the following fields will appear in Primestreet.

  1. Agent Search: Either Name, Email, or Phone must be mapped so that the integration can match the Note to an Agent.
  2. Referral Search: Either Mobile Phone, Work Phone, Home Phone, Other Phone, Fax Phone, or Spouse Phone need to be mapped so that the integration can locate the Referral on which the Note will sync.
  3. Note: The actual Note field text.

 

When syncing FROM Primestreet Notes, the following fields are available to map from Primestreet.

  1. Note ID
  2. Note Text
  3. Note Type
  4. Referral First Name
  5. Referral Last Name
  6. Referral Stage
  7. Referral Type
  8. Referral Personal Email
  9. Referral Work Email
  10. Referral Other Address
  11. Referral Mobile Phone
  12. Referral Work Phone
  13. Referral Home Phone
  14. Referral Other Phone
  15. Referral Fax
  16. Referral Spouse Phone
  17. Agent First Name
  18. Agent Last Name

What do I need to get started / How do I connect the Apps?

If you are interested in using this integration, please prepare the following steps:

 

  1. Create or Log into your API Nation Account
  2. Connect Primestreet to your Account
  3. Navigate to the Integrations page on the Primestreet page and choose which App you would like to connect!.
