Summary
Referrals in PrimeStreet and Contacts in kvCore can be synced using this integration. Please see below for a list of configurable settings on each integration, varying depending on whether you are syncing To or From PrimeStreet.
PrimeStreet Referrals to kvCore Contacts
Overview
When setting up a PrimeStreet > kvCore sync, several options can be configured on the settings page.
Do Not Overwrite
If this option is checked, the sync will only send information into blank fields in kvCore when Updating Contacts.
This does not affect Contacts in kvCore when they are being Created.
Advanced Filter
Your sync can be customized to only let some Leads through.
- For example, a possible filter, shown below, reads as such “Only sync PrimeStreet Referrals whose Stage is not 'REMOVED'.”
- On the left is the field that will act as the “reference field” for the Filter.
- The center box is the logic operator - the Workflow will use this as the “rule” for what is allowed through. This is a dropdown menu with predesignated options for you.
- The right box is the specified value. Any string can be entered here.
Pre-Mapped Fields
For ease of use, several fields have been pre-mapped. Please see below of a list of these fields and an explanation of the pre-mapped values. It is recommended to leave these as is unless there is a specific need to adjust them.
- Status: kvCore has specific statuses that it accepts. The Workflow has pre-matched various PrimeStreet Stages to the closest equivalent kvCore status. This list can be edited, shrunken, or expanded as desired.
- Lead Type: kvCore has specific formats for its Lead Type that it accepts. The Workflow has pre-matched various PrimeStreet Lead Types to properly align with correct kvCore inputs. It is recommended to leave this mapping as-is to ensure smooth Workflow operation.
