What dates from Brokermint am I able to sync to Google Calendar?
That's a great question! Our integration is able to sync any of the following dates listed on the transaction in Brokermint over to Google Calendar:
- Listing Date
- Expiration Date
- Acceptance Date
- Closing Date
- Custom Dates
You will have the ability to select on specific dates you wish to sync or you may choose to sync all dates to your Google Calendar.
How do I setup the integration to only sync my transactions?
Absolutely! When setting up your workflow, make sure to choose Assigned to me for which Transactions to process.
What is the difference between a Transaction User and Transaction Contact?
The best way to determine if someone is a contact or user is to review the transaction with the Brokermint system. If you select Users & Contacts from the left-side panel, any person listed with the icon is a user.
Any person listed without the icon would be considered a contact.
Can I setup the integration to pull dates from transactions I have already closed?
Yes you can! By default our system will bring over dates for any transactions that were closed in the last 8 days from the time you activate the workflow, however, you may adjust this setting to be

Due to how this particular integration is designed to sync your events from Brokermint to Google Calendar, we recommend that this be setup at the agent level.
