Do I have to be the transaction owner to sync the files linked to a room?

 

 

No, you don't need to be the owner. Our service syncs files based on the access permissions of the connected DocuSign account. If you're a team admin, you'll have full access, allowing all team files and documents to be backed up to Google Drive.

 

 

How long will it take to sync my files and documents?

 

We cannot provide an exact time-frame since our service doesn't have visibility into the total number or size of files to be synced. Additionally, the services processes data in batches of up to 5 rooms at a time, so multiple syncs will be needed to transfer all your data to Google Drive.

 

 

What is the cost of the integration, and can I cancel anytime?

 

The integration costs $99 per month, and yes, you can cancel at any time. To cancel, simply email us at [email protected] or follow the steps in our support article.

 

 

Where will my files be stored in Google Drive?

 

By default our service will create a folder called "API Nation" with a subfolder named "DocuSign Rooms" in your Google Drive account. However, this folder path is customizable, so you can adjust where your files are stored if desired.

 

 

 

How much storage space will I need in Google Drive?

 

We cannot specify the exact storage needed, but most documents are relatively small. Google Drive provides 15 GB of storage with a free account, which should be sufficient for most users.

 

 

Is it possible to sync multiple offices?

 

Yes, during setup, you can select "All Offices" from the dropdown menu to sync all offices linked to your DocuSign account.

 

If you'd like each office's files to go into separate folders in Google Drive, you'll need to set up individual workflows and specify a unique folder for each.

 

 

Can I upload files from Google Drive to SkySlope?

 

Currently, our integration is one-way, so it doesn't support syncing files from Google Drive to other systems.

 

 

Can I sync eSignature documents?

 

Currently, our integration only syncs documents from DocuSign Rooms. If you're interested in syncing files from DocuSign eSignature, this would require a custom integration and is billed separately from our standard subscription. For more details, please email us at [email protected].
