Can I select which statuses for transactions I would like to sync over rather than all?

 

Yes! We recently made an update to the integration that will now allow you to choose which statuses for transactions you would like to sync over. Previously our system was sending ALL transactions over, regardless of their status.

 

If you do not see this option on your workflow, please reach out to our Support Team so that we may assist you with setting up a new workflow.

 

 

 

 

Which agent will the transaction be assigned to?

 

Transactions in Brokermint are assigned based on the Loop in dotloop. If more than one Agent is present on the Loop, the Transaction in Brokermint will be assigned to the user who connected the API Nation sync to dotloop.

 

 

 

 

After the transactions have been sent over to Brokermint, you will need to accept the ones you wish to create/update. To do this, please login to your Brokermint account and select Transactions on the left-side panel. Next, expand the list of Incoming Updates to see the transactions sent over from dotloop and click Accept for the ones you wish to add..
