How to update your payment method

If you would like to update your billing information for your API Nation subscription, you can do so by logging into your API Nation account and going to the Billing section your API Nation account.

 

 

Please Note 🔐: It is important to note that you need to add your new payment method before deleting your current one. If you remove the only card on file your subscription will be automatically cancelled and your workflows will be removed from your account.

 

 

  1. Log in to your API Nation account - https://my.apination.com/user/login/

 

 

  1. Once logged in, hover over the initials in the upper right-hand corner of this page and select Billing

 

 

  1. Next, click on Manage under Payment Methods

 

 

  1. Click Add new card

 

 

  1. You will be prompted to enter in your new billing information. Once complete, click Add card

 

 

 

  1. After your new card has been added, it is now safe to remove your previous form of payment by clicking the Trash Can icon in the top-right corner

 

 

 

You are now all set! Moving forward your invoices will be billed to the new card on file!
