Step 8: Configuring VRAccountant: Final steps
Start the first sync between Guesty and QuickBooks Online, and between Stripe and QuickBooks Online
Initialize the Guesty+QBO workflow
Once you've configured all settings in the VRAccountant workflow configurator, you're ready to run the initial sync.
Steps

From the workflow configurator page, review and confirm that all settings are to your liking.
Confirm that you see the icon at the top of each section, indicating all required fields in that section are complete.

Select Apply settings to all related workflows at the bottom of the VRAccountant workflow configurator page.
While all VRAccountant settings are configured in the same place, the Guesty+QBO workflow exists separately from the Stripe+QBO workflow. Selecting this button applies all settings to both workflows.

Select Save and Run to initialize the sync. VRAccountant will begin importing invoices, payments and owner-expense bills for all reservations based on the filter criteria you set in the Other settings section of the configuration page.
Note: If you receive an error that all fields are required, make sure you see the icon at the top of each section, indicating all required fields in that section are complete.

After selecting Save and Run, you'll be taken to the workflow history page of the Guesty+QBO workflow center. A icon in the Status column indicates that the workflow has started.
Initialize the Stripe+QBO workflow
Once you've initiated the first Guesty+QBO sync, you're ready to activate the initial Stripe+QBO sync.

Select the Syncs tab at the top of the banner to go to your Syncs Dashboard.

On the Syncs Dashboard, you'll notice two separate syncs:
You should see that the Guesty+QBO sync is active, while the Stripe+QBO sync is inactive.
Switch the toggle in the Actions column to ON for the Stripe+QBO workflow.
Note: The sync names you see in this article may be different from those you see in your account.

From the Syncs Dashboard, select the Stripe+QBO workflow to open the workflow center.
Verify you see the icon in the Status column, indicating that the workflow has started.
Unlike the Guesty+QBO workflow, the Stripe+QBO workflow will not sync historical transactions.
You did it! VRAccountant is now migrating reservation data from your PMS to QBO in the form of customers, invoices, payments and bills.
You can monitor the status of each sync from the workflow center. The icon in the Status column indicates the initial sync has completed.
Head over to your QBO file to review the results!
