Overview
API Nation does not actively support the v1 integration of Lone Wolf Workspace to Quickbooks Online, running a v1 workflow can cause errors. It is recommended for all users with existing v1 Workflows to disable their v1 Workflow and create a v2 Workflow.
Determining if a Workflow is v1 or v2
While on your Workflow, examine the URL. If the URL does NOT contain "v2", then it is an outdated Workflow. To navigate to a Workflow:
- Sign in to https://my.apination.com/ via the Lone Wolf Workspace website.
- Follow steps 1 to 4 on this guide.
- At Step 5, instead of "Setup New Workflow", press the button "Manage Workflows". This should sign you into API Nation.
- Navigate to "My Syncs" at the top of the Webpage.
- Click on the Workflow to examine.
- Check the URL Bar at the top of the screen.

Disabling the v1 Workflow
- While signed into API Nation, navigate to the desired Workflow to disable.
- Press "Settings" to go to the settings tab for that Workflow.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Remove Workflow".
Enabling the v2 Workflow
- Open Lone Wolf Workspace.
