How to turn off Auto-renew
All subscriptions setup through API Nation are set to automatically renew each month, however, users can cancel at any time. This article will walk you through turning off the automatic renewal so that you can still utilize the integration services for the month(s) you paid for without being billed again.
Heads up ❇️: Pausing your workflows will not pause your billing cycle. If you do not wish to be billed for your next cycle, you will need to cancel your subscription.
How to turn off automatic renewal
- Log in to your API Nation account
- Once logged in, hover over the initials in the upper right-hand corner of this page and select Dashboard
- Next, click on Change plan under My Subscriptions
- Click on Cancel subscription
- You will be prompted to fill out our cancellation form. We are always looking to improve our product and service, so we welcome all open and honest feedback.
- Once the form is completed, click Submit
- Select Cancel at the end of current period
- After making your selection, click Cancel subscription
You are now all set!
